Privacy Policy
This policy explains how Ispravna handles personal information and church records.
This Privacy Policy explains how Ispravna collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.
Ispravna is a church management platform by NXT PC.
We understand that church information can be sensitive. Member details, family relationships, service involvement, finance records, documents, and account access must be handled with care.
This policy is written for Ispravna users, churches, demo request contacts, and people whose information may be stored in the platform by a church.
1. Who we are
Ispravna is owned and operated by NXT PC.
In this Privacy Policy: "Ispravna", "we", "us", or "our" means NXT PC operating the Ispravna platform. "Church" means the church or organisation using Ispravna. "User" means a person with access to Ispravna. "Personal information" means information or an opinion about an identified individual or an individual who is reasonably identifiable.
2. Our approach to privacy
We aim to handle personal information carefully, respectfully, and securely.
Where the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Australian Privacy Principles, Notifiable Data Breaches scheme, or other applicable privacy laws apply, we aim to comply with those obligations.
Even where a specific law may not apply, our goal is to follow good privacy practices.
3. Information we may collect
The information collected depends on how Ispravna is used.
Account information may include name, email address, phone number, login details, role and permissions, church access status, and account activity.
Church member information may include member names, contact details, birthdays, gender, family relationships, member type, baptism dates, membership dates, teams and roles, attendance or service involvement, notes, document history, and account status.
Finance information may include income records, expense records, categories, payment methods, notes, related people, related services, Stripe payment details, GST/tax details where available, and report information.
Demo and contact information may include first name, last name, email address, phone number, country, church name, church size, and message details.
Technical information may include IP address, browser type, device information, login activity, error logs, system activity, security logs, cookies, or session data.
4. Sensitive information
Some information stored in Ispravna may be sensitive.
This may include religious affiliation, church involvement, baptism information, family relationships, pastoral or administrative notes, and finance-related information.
Churches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission, consent, notice, or lawful basis to enter and manage this information in Ispravna.
We handle sensitive information only for the purpose of providing the platform and supporting authorised church administration.
5. How we collect information
Information may be collected when a church creates or updates records, a user creates or accesses an account, a person fills in a contact or demo form, a church connects Stripe, online payments are imported, documents are generated or uploaded, emails are sent through the platform, support requests are submitted, or the platform records logs or security activity.
6. How we use information
We may use information to provide the Ispravna platform, manage user accounts, support church dashboards, store member and family records, manage services and schedules, send notifications and emails, process access requests, support finance records and reports, import Stripe payment information, generate and store documents, improve security, troubleshoot errors, provide support, respond to demo requests, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not intentionally sell church or member data to advertisers.
7. Church responsibility
Each church is responsible for the information it enters into Ispravna.
Churches should ensure that they have permission to store member information, members are informed where appropriate, sensitive information is handled carefully, access is only given to authorised people, finance and document records are reviewed properly, and information is accurate and kept up to date.
Ispravna acts as a platform provider and processes church data to provide the service.
8. Sharing information
We may share information only where needed to provide, secure, or support Ispravna.
This may include service providers such as hosting providers, database providers, email providers, payment processors such as Stripe, analytics or monitoring tools, and support and technical service providers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, legal process, security investigation, or to protect rights, safety, or platform integrity.
9. Stripe and payments
If a church connects Stripe, payment-related information may be processed by Stripe.
Ispravna may receive and store limited Stripe-related information, such as payment amount, payment status, payer name and email where provided, Stripe payment intent, Stripe account ID, Stripe event ID, fee and net amounts where available, and GST/tax details where available.
Stripe processes payments under its own terms and privacy policy.
Churches are responsible for their Stripe account settings, tax settings, refunds, disputes, and payout details.
10. Cookies and session data
Ispravna may use cookies, session storage, or similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect account security, remember session state, improve platform functionality, and detect errors or abuse.
If marketing analytics are added later, the Privacy Policy should be updated to explain those tools.
11. Email communication
Ispravna may send service-related emails such as account invitations, schedule notifications, access request updates, response confirmations, support messages, demo request replies, and important platform notices.
Marketing emails, if used, should comply with applicable Australian spam laws, including consent, sender identification, and unsubscribe requirements.
12. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification, and disclosure.
Security measures may include account authentication, role-based permissions, database security, server-side access checks, secure hosting, encrypted connections, logs and monitoring, and backups where appropriate.
No system is completely secure. Users should protect their login details and notify us if they suspect unauthorised access.
13. Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide Ispravna, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain records, support backups, and operate the platform.
If a church cancels, deletes, or deactivates its workspace, related data may be retained, archived, exported, or deleted depending on the situation, technical requirements, legal obligations, and agreed arrangements.
Backups may remain for a limited time after deletion.
14. Access and correction
Where required by law, individuals may request access to or correction of their personal information.
Because much of the information in Ispravna is entered and controlled by a church, members should usually contact their church first for access or correction requests.
We may assist churches in responding to appropriate requests. Requests can also be sent to: support@ispravna.app
15. Data breach response
If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm, and if the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme applies, we will take steps required by law.
This may include investigating the incident, notifying affected individuals, notifying the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where required, and taking steps to reduce harm.
16. Overseas storage or service providers
Some technology providers used to operate Ispravna may store or process information outside Australia.
Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and protect information appropriately.
By using Ispravna, churches understand that cloud services and third-party providers may process information in locations outside Australia.
17. Children's information
Churches may enter information about children, such as names, family relationships, birthdays, member type, or church involvement.
Churches are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate consent, authority, or lawful basis to collect and manage children's information.
Ispravna should only be used to store children's information for legitimate church administration purposes.
18. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
When we update it, we will change the "Last updated" date.
For significant changes, we may provide additional notice where practical.
Continued use of Ispravna after updates means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
