Terms and Conditions

Ispravna is a church management platform by NXT PC.

Ispravna helps churches manage administration, including members, families, services, schedules, finance records, documents, notifications, roles, permissions, and related church workflows.

In these Terms: "Ispravna", "we", "us", or "our" means NXT PC trading as or operating the Ispravna platform. "Church", "customer", or "organisation" means the church or organisation using Ispravna. "User" means any person who accesses or uses Ispravna. "Platform" means the Ispravna website, dashboard, software, services, features, forms, emails, and related systems.

You agree to use Ispravna only for lawful church, ministry, administrative, or organisational purposes.

You must not use Ispravna to: break any law; upload information you do not have permission to collect or manage; access another church's data without authorisation; interfere with the security or operation of the platform; attempt to copy, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the platform; upload harmful code, malware, or abusive material; send spam or unlawful communications; misrepresent your identity or authority.

Each church is responsible for the information it enters into Ispravna.

This includes making sure that member information is accurate, the church has permission or lawful authority to store the information, sensitive information is handled carefully, users are given appropriate access, finance records are entered and reviewed properly, uploaded documents are lawful and appropriate, and member communications are sent responsibly.

Ispravna provides software tools, but each church remains responsible for its own records, decisions, compliance, and use of the platform.

Some features require a user account.

Users must provide accurate account information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe there is a security risk, misuse, unpaid subscription, breach of these Terms, or legal concern.

Ispravna may allow churches to assign roles and permissions to users.

Church administrators are responsible for assigning appropriate access.

Finance, member records, documents, and administrative tools may contain sensitive information and should only be given to trusted users.

Ispravna is not responsible for loss, misuse, or disclosure caused by a church assigning access incorrectly.

Some Ispravna features may require a paid subscription or setup fee. Prices may be listed on our website or agreed separately.

Unless otherwise stated: prices are in Australian dollars; subscriptions are charged monthly or as otherwise agreed; setup fees are charged once; churches are responsible for paying applicable fees on time; access may be suspended or cancelled if payments are not made.

We may update pricing from time to time. If pricing changes affect an active subscription, we will aim to provide reasonable notice.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.

Where Australian Consumer Law applies, our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, fees paid for setup, subscriptions, or services are non-refundable unless required by law, agreed in writing, the service has a major failure under applicable consumer law, or we choose to provide a refund at our discretion.

Ispravna may integrate with third-party services such as Stripe, Supabase, Vercel, email providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, or other infrastructure services.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and availability.

If a church connects its own Stripe account, that church is responsible for its Stripe account, payment settings, tax settings, refunds, disputes, payout details, and compliance with Stripe's requirements.

Ispravna may display or import Stripe payment information, but it does not replace Stripe's records or professional accounting advice.

Ispravna may help churches record incomes, expenses, categories, payment methods, online income, GST/tax information where available, and reports.

Finance tools are provided for administration and record-keeping.

Ispravna does not provide accounting, taxation, legal, audit, or financial advice.

Churches should check finance records carefully and seek professional advice where needed.

We aim to provide a reliable platform, but we do not guarantee that Ispravna will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

We may update, improve, remove, or change features over time.

Some features may be released progressively, tested, improved, renamed, or changed as the platform grows.

We may perform maintenance, security updates, or technical changes that temporarily affect access.

We take reasonable steps to protect the platform and the information stored in it.

However, no online system is completely secure.

Users and churches are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting account access, assigning permissions carefully, and notifying us of suspected security issues.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

By using Ispravna, you agree that personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Churches using Ispravna are responsible for informing their members, volunteers, staff, and other individuals about how their information is collected, stored, and used.

Ispravna, including its software, design, logo, branding, content, workflows, code, and platform structure, is owned by or licensed to NXT PC.

You are granted a limited right to use the platform for your church's authorised purposes while your access remains active.

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, reverse engineer, or create competing services using Ispravna's software, design, or platform materials without written permission.

Churches and users retain responsibility for the content and data they upload or enter into Ispravna.

By entering content into the platform, you give us permission to store, process, display, back up, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the service.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, abusive, or violates another person's rights.

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are breached, payment is not made, there is a security risk, the platform is misused, the church requests cancellation, we are required to do so by law, or continued access may harm Ispravna, another church, or another user.

If a church is deleted or deactivated, related user access may be removed or disabled.

After termination, data may be retained, deleted, exported, or archived in accordance with our policies, legal obligations, and technical processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ispravna and NXT PC are not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity, loss caused by incorrect data entered by users, unauthorised access caused by poor user security, decisions made based on incorrect or incomplete records, third-party service failures, Stripe payment disputes, refunds, fees, or payout issues, or accounting, tax, or legal consequences from church-entered records.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify Ispravna and NXT PC against loss, claims, costs, or damage arising from your misuse of the platform, information your church uploads without authority, breach of these Terms, breach of law, unauthorised access caused by your users, incorrect or misleading data entered by your church, or disputes between church users, members, leaders, or third parties.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update them, we will change the "Last updated" date.

Continued use of Ispravna after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

For significant changes, we may provide additional notice where practical.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, unless another jurisdiction is stated in a written agreement.

The parties submit to the courts of Victoria, Australia.

If NXT PC's registered jurisdiction is different, this section should be updated before publishing.
